Due to extremely high demand, The Libertines have announced a 3rd night at Alexandra Palace on Friday 26th September.
This morning, tickets for which was initially The Libertines first night at Ally Pally on Saturday 27th September, sold out within a couple hours. The Libertines reformed yesterday evening to play a riotus set for British Summer Time at Hyde Park.
Ending with Carl and Pete hugging eachother to oblivion until both fell to the floor of the Hyde Park stage, The Libertines played out a triumphant 24 song-long set. The Libertines have announced two nights at London's Ally Pally for September of this year. Previously Carl, Pete, John and Gary had revealed that at 8:30pm an announcement would appear on the screens around Hyde Park, this sparked huge speculation, could it be a new album? Could it be a tour? Well, it turned out only to be two nights at London's iconic Ally Pally.

Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner and solo artist Miles Kane have announced they're writing their very own film, in the style of 'X-Men' .

Arcade Fire frontman, Win Butler, has suggested that the band could begin work on a new album post British Summer Time at Hyde Park, of which they play tomorrow.
Arcade Fire headlined Glastonbury on Friday night, and are set to play a surprise DJ set at The Shackwell Arms in London tonight under the name 'DJ Windows 98', which frontman Win Butler prefers to be refferred to whilst on the decks. This years Reading Festival has completely sold out as of yesterday. Reading and Leeds announced the news via their Twitter feed (@OfficialRandL / https://twitter.com/OfficialRandL) yesterday with the tweet:
"Just over 7 weeks to go! All Reading weekend tickets have now SOLD OUT."
The tweet was greeted with many jubilant ticket holders, although there were the unlucky few who hadn't yet purchased theirs. It appears headliners Arctic Monkeys...

Following Kasabian's headline performance on the Pyramid at Glastonbury yesterday evening, Tom, Serge and co have announced UK tour dates for later this year. Tickets go on sale at 9:30 am on Friday morning of this week and it's clear many will be rushing to purchase after their headlining set at Glastonbury, which proved Kasabian are possibly one of the greatest live acts there is.
